Cafe~Cafe [open-all-time]

Ayame opened doors of cafe hearing jingling of small bell. She glanced around looking for table. One was open in the corner of room. As she started to walk in it's direction she looked around once more. As always about that hour cafe was packed with students getting back from university, giggling high school girls in their short skirts and middle-aged buisnesmen coming there only for those short skirts. She sat on free chair, take laptop she was carring all day in bag and placed it on table. Too crowded she though turning laptop on. But she couldn't help it. mess in her home wasn't allowing her to work there, Aging Maple was closed at that hour, and park was as crowded as cafe ... She left her bag at another chair at this table. If she were lucky, noone will try to join her.
"Would you like to order something?" waitress smiled at her. There wasn't helping that, she needed to order something. "Tea, please." waitress nodoed. "Anything else?" "Thanks, thats all" "I'll bring it to you in few moments. Thank you." waitrees walked away and Aya turned to laptop. She still had few documents to check, she needed to end writing book review and change html code for site she was making for that moron ... Ayame gave a long sigh. "Only boring things to do." she mumbled as her fingers started to dance on keyboard.

Zain walks through the door hoping to get something to eat but notices how crowded the place really is. "Maybe I should have eaten at home. But I'm too lazy to cook right now" Zain mentions as he looks at the line for the registers. He looks around and sees that all the seats are taken even the outdoor ones. "Maybe I should order to go instead. At least I can finish my project at home." Zain mentions as he stands in the long line waiting to order.

"Here's your tea." waitress placed cup on the table giving Ayame next smile. "Thank you for your order." she added walkina away. "Hm ... Huh? Thanks." Ayame didn't stop writing. Her fingers were dancing on keyboard with great speed. She was working like that for almost 4 years now. "Shit! Messed up!" she stopped and stretched arms. Her backs were hurting from uncomfortable position. As she started to mess her hair with one hand she catched cup with another and sipped tea. Crowd was quite annoying, but this document was hell. Preson which wrote that should be kicked from tallest building in that town. "They pay me to less for correcting that mess." she mumbled starting to write with one hand.

Zain makes it to the front of the line and orders his meal. Zain was kind of surprised about the price of the food. "Your number is 26. Thank you and enjoy your meal" The clerk mentions as Zain walks away from the counter. Zain walks outside to sit on a bench to relax and get some fresh air. He didn't notice that the window he was infront of was where Ayame was sitting next to inside the cafe. "Order number 15 please, order number 15." A clerk announces on the speaker system. "Looks like I am going to be here for a while." Zain remarks as he leans his head back on against the glass.

Ayame stopped writting again and saved her work. Documents were done. Book review it was only permanent job she has, other were showing and dissapearing. She reached for her bag and took book out. It was thick book, she just ended reading it yesterday. ... tea is gone she though looking at cup. She looked around and spotted waitress from earlier. Girl was looking around for next customer. Come here Ayame though placing two fingers in mouth. She whistled loudly and waved to waitress ignoring suprised faces of other people.
"Next one, please" she said giving confused waitress her empty cup.
She noticed something with corner of eye. As she turned head in direction of window, she smiled. "Destiny or what?" she said looking at teal hair of Zain. "Zain~ Don't sleep here, you will catch cold~" she knocked on the window.

Zain opens his eyes as he hears knocking from somewhere. He turns around as he sees Ayame waving her hands around and yelling about something but because the glass is too thick he can't hear her. "Does this girl follow me everywhere or what?" Zain gets up and heads inside to Ayame's empty seat in front of her. "Number 18 please number 18." Another order has been called up. Zain must have really dozed off. "I'm sorry the glass is too thick what were you saying?" Zain pretends to shrug it off as if nothing happened.

Ayame giggled. "Nothing important. How come we constantly run onto each other? That's already fourth time today." she glanced at laptop and opened new document. After taking injection she was able to focus at talk and writing the same time. It's advantage was huge, but afterwards effects were huge as well.
"Here's your tea." waitress placed cup at table and glanced curiously at Zain. "Would you like to order something as well, mister?"
Ayame started writing with right hand, holding book open with left.

A brown haired boy was walking down the street, outside shops crowded with the lunch rush. He had just woken up a little while ago and was still a bit tired. Working the night shift was catching up to him, each day it seemed he needed more and more sleep. But, it was hard to complain. The pay was good for someone just starting out and he also got to keep the unsold bento.

Despite just getting up, Rai looked halfway decent. His hair was brushed back under a paperboy hat, leaving his face clear from any stray bangs. And, having just gotten up, he had throw in his contacts without bothering to put on his glasses. His hands were stuffed in the pockets of his light blue sweater and slung around his shoulder was a small bag.

The fighter stopped in front of one of the many cafes, quickly looking over the drink menu to see what he could get to wake him up. A tapping of glass distracted him though, and he looked over to see a girl shouting at someone who seemed to be ignoring her.

"Um..." Rai said, looking the two over. The red head was the one who had pulled him around in the park just yesterday, and if he wasn't mistaken the blue haired man had also been there.

"Excuse me." A woman behind him mumbled, scooting the fighter out of the way so she could see the menu. Rai moved over, drawing closer to the other units.

"Uh no thank you I am waiting on my order" Zain mentions as he shows her his ticket. "Very well." she mentions as she walks off. Zain leans back in the chair. "I was kind of wondering the same thing we are constantly running into each other. But it's no problem for me at least it is someone else to talk to besides my usual group of people. So was everything alright after I left?" Zain asks as he watches her hard at work and sipping tea. He notices that she is like him being a multitasking expert. "Number 22 please number 22"

"Shit, I messed up. No, she still didn't woke up. Crying one seem to solve her problems ... Oh, that's that one?" she looked at brown haired boy moving closer to them. "Say, is he a fighter or sacrifice?" her name was itching during night when he was close, so he must be part of unit. "Hey!" she waved hand to him to make him come closer.

Zain turned to see who she was referring to. He noticed a brown hair boy with ears. "Wasn't he one of the people in the park last night?" Zain recalls as he leans his head back again and sinks lower into his chair. Being this tall his feet were already on the ground but his knees started to hit the table's stand. Since the table is mounted it won't move.

Rai took the moment to order something, "Can I get a Thai coffee?" Rai asked, before the waitress out get away. She nodded and moved on to the other customers. it was then the red haired girl called to him and the fighter turned around.

"Hey..." Rai said, moving towards her. Their were no chairs open, so he just stood awkwardly by her seat, staying out of the way of the other people. She was in a conversation with the blue haired man, and typing on the computer. He didn't feel like interrupting, so his eyes drifted to the other unit. Now matter where he went, it always seemed like their were potential enemies.

Zain opens his eyes again and sees the brown haired guy standing next to Ayame. "It's nice to see a new face around here. You a friend of hers?" Zain asks as he points at Ayame who is trying to correct her mistakes on the laptop. "Number 26 please number 26" Zain gets up to retrieve his order. "I will be right back!

Zain returns with his meal in hand. He sits back down as he watches her frantically trying to read a book, type and drink tea.
"Constantly working I assume." Zain mentions as he sits down again.

"When they came, they came in groups. And then I don't have nothing to do for 2 months." Ayame saved book review and opened her mail box. "Gah, what's that?" she stared disgusted at her computer. Her moron employer sent her already 4 mails. "Is he a stalker or what?" she mumbled deleting his mails. It's just small porn site. she though deleting his last mail. What for I need to meet him ... she opened review again. Kaede would probably kill her if she don't write one page at least. And there was still that site to check and rewrite ...
She stretched arms above head and yawned. Joint in her left shoulder crunched loud, as usual when she moved it.

The other man looked a Rai, but directed his question to Ayame. It was probably a good thing, because Rai didn't know the answer. His ears twitched remembering how she had pulled at them. The experience hadn't made them friends, but it had made them more then acquaintances.

"And she called me stupid." The fighter thought to himself. He hadn't corrected her, because, in all honestly, it was the truth in some sense.

A chair freed up and the boy pulled it up next to the red haired sacrifice. He was interested in what she was doing, but didn't look over at her computer screen.

"Are your ears okay? They are twitching." Ayame started to bite her nail. "I didn't damage them, do I?" She felt blood in mouth, so she stoped biting and looked at nails. One of them start to bleed. Ayame wiped fingers in her shorts and sipped tea, looking above brim of cup at Rai.

Rai's ears flipped back into their alert position, "Oh, no. They're fine." he said, lifting a hand up to them. "What are you doing anyways? Work?" He pointed to her laptop with his other hand. She had stopped typing to take a drink, so he could see her hands instead of just a blur.

"Yup, work. I wasn't working for some time and it piled up a little." her cup was empty already. Ayame looked around serching for waitress. She probably were observing them, because as soon as Ayame started looking for her she appeared and took empty cup. "Next tea, miss?" she had so big and bright smile on face that Ayame nearly started to laugh. "Yeah, next one, nee-chan." waitress walked away and Ayame giggled. "Which one of you two is she trying to pick up?" she asked leaning head on her hand.

May dashed into the crowded cafe. She figured if she got there on time she would be able to save her job. She walked into the back and tied up her hair.

"Hey, May!" one of her co-workers said.

May nodded to her. She walked up to the checked the schedule and saw she was still working tonight wich ment she hadn't lost her job. Walking out into the crowded section of the cafe, she looked around. See some people sitting down at a free table. As she walked by she saw Ayame.

"Pick up? I wasn't picking up anyone even though people are constantly following me." Zain mentions as he begins to eat his sandwich he had ordered. He looked at Rai and nodded. "You two friends ore something?" Zain mentions as he swallows the chunck of sandwich in his mouth. He notices a girl with blonde hair walk swiftly by them to get to the front of the registers.

May stopped and walked to their table. As she neared, she noticed two other figures.

"Hey, may I take your order?" she ask sweetly.

"Just some black tea please. With mint leaves if you have anymore." Zain mentions as he munches on some of the chips in the bag. "I wonder if she is also part of a unit?" Zain wonders as he watches her for a moment.

May smiled. "Of course." she said. May walked back to the kitchen and quickly got his order. As she neared the table she scanned the crowds. She then felt her cell phone vibrate. Gritting her teeth, she handed the guy his tea.

"Will that be all?" she asked.

"Yes thank you very much ma'am. You might want to place on you name tag. I am sure people such as myself prefer to call you by your real name." Zain mentions as he smiles at her. He has finished half of his sandwich by now as he gets a hold of the cup of tea.

May gave a puzzled look. "My name tag is right here." she told him pointing toward the tag on her blouse.
