so, if you have that pic on your computer, then:

above space to write post there are buttons. To make letters bold, italic etc. 15th button counting from 'bold' button should allow you to post picture.
Click on it and you will see space "upload picture" find file you want to post in marked space (this one after 'file') and then click on "host it' at the bottom of opened space.
then you will see 3 adresses. copy second one and paste it to post.
then send post, and pic should show in post.
