I recently though that it would be fun to have official Chou Mascot ...
Anyone, any ideas?
Post anythink you can think of, with some explanation why this thing, animal, monster etc.

And after we will have few propositions, I'll create poll~

Seriously, the more people have input in there the better. After all mascot is something that will show in every next newsletter, on banner and other random occasions ...

I say a male with dog ears and tail and a female with cat ears and tail. Both would have butterfly wings. The male would have the blue morpher wings and the female would have monarch wings. We are representing both genders and sticking true to our name "butterfly".

It was the first thought that came to mind actually. I would hate to leave others out when there are both genders to be considered here. But I love the wing idea a lot because we are CHOU afterall. I feel that we must stick to this name and fly with it some how.

What if they were like, silhouettes? Silhouettes with those features just looks so pretty in my mind. X)

I have to say, I'm not a fan of the dog ears. It doesn't apply to Loveless well since they have neko ears.

yes, but some of them REALLY do look like dog ears and tails. What if they're not floppy dog ears, but pointed, like certain dogs have?

Yeah, but they're not. There are cats that have fuzzy ears and tails similar to dogs. There's even a cat with curly fur.

Er, I guess as far as cat ears vs dog ears, kitten ears make more sense...
But there are cats with floppy ears... I believe. At least there was one in Tsubasa Chronicle.

I was under the impression that some had more dog like features than cat ones. I can care less about the ear thing just at least both genders are represented is what I am after. Ikiru a silhouette would be interesting. I think that could be one of the versions of them. I have an idea but I will draw it later since I need to finish this other project first hence the reason I am rarely on for long periods of time. That will change once I get my Droid phone in the mail though.

And thank you, I'm glad someone agrees. I have this affinity for silhouettes, and having them as a form for the mascot(s) would be really schweet. ^_^

@ I like the idea of having sillouettes for mascots too. It would be unique since I haven't seen it done very often.

i like everyone's ideas and mine kinda sounds like theirs except its more for of a comedy. I was thinking of a random character wearing a cat costume with either big wings or little wings. Just for a bit of humor? don't some mascots look funny?
Figure it would be a slightly baggy costume with a huge cat head, Black cat most likely with either huge blue wings or tiny purple ones and you can see the straps over his shoulders?
I just have this image of a guy in that costume dancing around with a sign in his hand hehe.

Oh that's a great image Evangi-san. I like that one that best of all. We should go with that idea.
