hey I'm going to start my character's profile and i was wondering if i can put ears and tail in the profile but not on my pic? (i dont know how to put ears on my picture )

Just as Ravyn said. Send request with picture you want to us to change and description of changes to Art Group. Someone (probably me) will take care of it.
