Appearance: he has short blue hair, depending on the light it may seem lighter or darker, he wears it at shoulder length. He has heterochromia, his right eye being gold and his left one being blue. He stands at 5’2’’, sometimes feeling too short for his age, he’s very thin and a little bit fragile because his bad eating habits. He has a piercing on his left ear, done by himself when he was 12. His ears are darkblue at the base and get a lighter as it goes up to the tip. his tail is the same.

Personality: Naoya is kind and actually likes people, the only problem is that he cannot lie and always says what’s on his mind, even if it’s rude or unpleasant. Also, thanks to this, he tends to trust people too much, thinking that they too speak only the truth and therefore cannot deceive him. Naoya can hold a grudge for years once he discovers he was being deceived and finds very hard to forgive people once he knows they lied. Despite this he likes to talk to people and is easy going too. He also keeps many secrets to himself, not telling much about his past and being more of a present person. As told, he’s very naïve, reason why his brother tends to be a little overprotective.

Background: he was raised by his older brother Rikuto and his aunt under the conception of a beautiful world, they both were overprotective of Naoya because his inability to lie and to keep his thoughts to himself. They were caring and nice and made Naoya believe all people were the same way. At the age of 7 the family was broke apart because debt collectors that came because of his aunt debts. Naoya was separated from his brother and forced to live with the one his aunt was in debt with. He had a hard time getting along with his foster family due to his honesty, they were very hard on him and used physical punishment whenever Naoya said something rude, as time went by his “mother” became more and more violent, hating him for always telling the truth about her. When he was 9 she started using insane methods of punishment, locking him up for days, almost choking or drowning him and hitting until she had no strength, it was then that his name appeared. He grew hating adults, linking them with the ultimate level of lying and inhumanity. He lives alone since he was 12, Rikuto pays for the rent and meals and rarely shows up, although is always calling Naoya to check up on him.

Other: he really dislikes tv because it’s lack of honesty and constant advertising, and loves videogames because it lets him experience life from another point of view. Even with his past he’s still very naïve when it comes to people his age, he does not trust adults but will believe any word that comes from a youngster.
When he discovered his name it was his brother who told him everything about it and about his fighter abilities.
