Change in RP Section access!

I decided that only users whose character profiles had been approved can participate in RP.
New users who either didn't created character profile, or their profile wasn't accepted, won't be able to join RP.
Users who already started RP, but Mods decided they need training, will be disable to write in RP Section as well.

I know this sounds like more rules etc. but for users who joined before, there isn't any changes.

So, don't bother me and other Mods with questions why you can't write in RP Section. Either your profile wasn't accepted, or you were put to training group (which won't happen without your knowledge and agreement).

I think i know why you made that rule >.> I was kinda wondering why i was put into another group. Its a great idea to keep things in line and less stress and confusion.

Yes hopefully it will. Plus, this will be very useful for the new members who might not know what to do. All in all, I like the new rules.
